once again i need a dougnut gasket on the driver side y pipe. i had to replace it last year for safety inspection, now i have to the same thing again. the problem is, depending on who i ask, parts store wise. Some say it doesn't take one, but i know it does cuz i did it last year. can someone provid...

well i bought it anyways. it has gm stamped on it, and the number on it is :14102026, under that # is a 2. even if it don't fit i like looking at pretty new parts. LOL \:D/

personally, i don't like to play with that kind of stuff. my van has to be in tip top shape all of the time. rust can give you "false information" if you rely on looking at it. if it were me, i'd replace em'.

not only for your safety, also for everyone else's. O:)

I use synthetic, mainly because I removed my oil cooler. Synthetic is supposed to be good if you have "temp" issues.

there are A LOT of videos on the net showing seafoam being used. and holy moly is there ever a lot of "smoke". it kinda scares me, but i haven't heard anything negative about the stuff.

cool, it did. that first one is an old pic. i'll put an updated one on today since it's nice out. i'll try to find a pretty spot for the van to sit during it's "modeling debut"

I don't know nuttin' about 4wd's. However i DO know that some of the earlier chev's were vaccum operated. GOOD LUCK!!!!
