Hi! The engine cover is held down with two screws, it should be located under the dash at the back, if you take a look with a flash light you can see them. Thats were my 93 astro's is located, I'm not sure that it would be the same for the 2002's. The earlier astros had the screws on the outside und...

now that I have taken the TBI apart for inspection and looked at were the crack goes, I just don't think it would have been the reason why the van's doing what it's doing. I figured it was that was because it happened around the time the van was surging. So once I get the new part put in, I can get ...

He said he could give me the whole thing for $50. Or $25 for just the body. Thanks for the offering though, if in cas...

Sorry, I've been so busy this week and I've been trying to get a TBI tower. I wasn't sure if I should get it used or not, but I decided to go with new. So I'll pick one up hopefully on saturday, if there are none available then I would have to order one in. I haven't had a change to go over my van b...

well I looked at my TBI tower (fuel regulator part) it was cracked at the base. Not a small crack, the screw that holds it down was cracked right off. But when I started the van up it didn't rev up and down and I couldn't wiggle the tower. But the gasket didn't look good. So I hope that this is what...

Here is my air care results, This is what I failed: Carbon Monoxide allowable: 12.4300 vehicle reading: 17.2511 average passing: 7.3330 They only make me do the driving test, they have never made me do the idle test. When I took my old spark plugs out I looked at them carefully, They appeared to be ...

engine revs itself
Hey everyone!! my van when in idle, weather in park or drive, is reving it's self. It doesn't stall but it will rev as if someone keeps pumping the gas. I had to do air care and failed the 3rd time. The only thing I failed on was the Carbine monoxide, other wise I passed everything with flying color...
