good one sound interesting could you feel it when you where driving or only when you were idling or waiting for light.

Did wires oil, air,filter pvc valve to 2 month ago rotor & cap . It just started suddenly beside that any other ideas . It a bit annoying when waiting for light beside that dosent fill like its missfireing

On my 98 safari it has 4 o2 sensor .

It was hot just didnt know it got that hot.

I changed the universal joint and the some of the sound and vibration went away . Still have a bit of noise took it to a local mechanics said the noise might be normal.

How many pounds safari 98 on the pinion nut .

dose anybody know torch specks going to get an inexpensive one.

Only pinion bearing and seal dont have a tork rench any ideas how tight should it be.

Replaced pinion bearing last weekend so it should be tight turn both sides . Any other ideas of what the problem could be. and how bad is this .

how much play it should have between the difirential and driveshat . thats normal .

i think its when it down shifts from overdrive down any ideas to be sure .

found out that the belt sold by pepboys and advanced auto was causing the noise bought a belt at a local dealer of parts and went away.
