Yes that is the plug to my rear heat solenoid just tucked up and out of the way the one that runs to the left in the photo. The one out the top simply goes to ground

Those are the exact colour wires that I have that are supposed to go to the rear heat solenoid. So that is my guess at what it is. That almost looks like the plug that could go to the rear heat solenoid valve - when that valve goes south all you have to do is unplug it and the water flows to the rear heater coil (mine did and then I moved the wire to above the A/C condenser/evaporator).
