How to replace hinges?

Hi everyone.
My driver's door scrapes the latch every time it is opened or closed. I'm guessing its the hinges that are worn out.

Does anyone know how to replace them?

Thanks for the help,
David

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

Thanks Scott. I will look into the scan tool a little more. My scanguage was like 160, so 180 doesn't seem too bad for that. Well $1200 at the stealorship later, I have a perfect running van again with a nice ride! It got a new fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires. They ground all the gunk out ...

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

I'm thinking its time for a tune-up. I think there might be about 70k on the plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. My odo has been flaky the last few years. I'm not sure, maybe if I broke the cylinder 6 wire or something. I also want to take it to the dealer and have a brake diagnostic run. The ABS light co...

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

I was just under the hood of my van looking at something on the AC, and I pulled that line fron the passenger side valve cover into the air intake. It has a slight vacuum on it, which is drawn through from the PCV valve. That is normal. I'm still wondering why when you plug your PCV valve it starts...

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

I just replaced the PCV valve yesterday. Like $1.67 at autozone.

Yes, my van did not have these problems before I worked on the egr, but the problems didnt start right after I cleaned the egr.

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

So when you had toe PCV valve plugged itself with your thumb, but the hole in the valve cover open, it did not idle right?? I pulled the pcv valve, plugged the hole in the intake, and left the valve cover open and the van idled fine. It seems almost as if the engine is not holding a vacuum. Thanks ...

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

I've been thinking about this one, you might have an EGR valve that is sticking open. I had this on a 92 Sunbird 3.1V6, and a chunk of carbon was stuck in one of the pintles so it was slightly open. That gives you exhaust gas into the intake, just like a leak. I'd try cleaning it again, but make su...

Re: IAC/ EGR SES Codes

When I hold my finger over the hole that the pcv hose connects to (instead of the hose being connected) the van idles fine.

Thanks in advance.
