Rear Spring Lift Question.
Hi everyone, Wow this site sure has slowed down from what it was. I have been searching and searching and learning tons. Thanks to all who have contributed. Ok so I am not new to mods of any type, or thinking out side the box. I built a trail Jeep from the ground up. Full mod, with 40" Micky Th...

Re: What's next???
I just picked up a 2004 AWD mint condition LT for 7999$. There was a few others listed within 100k of my location that looked in great shape for under 10k, mind you they all have over 170k on them.
Check out these guys, cargovancanada.com, they always have inventory of Astro/Safaris.

Re: np136 vs np236
Great stuff man. I recently join the site and have read this thread. I wish I was not so challenged when it comes to the electronics side of things.
I am currently considering going this rout with the transfer case swap. I feel very comfortable fabing up the mechanical lever connection to the TC.

Great work so far, best of luck with the rest of your project. These Van look so much better lifted, even the the 2" lifts make a huge difference.

Re: Driveline Vibration
Hi all, Just picked up a 2004 AWD Astro with 118k miles on it, it is in fantastic shape. During test drive I was unable to take it over 65mph. On my drive home once on the highway it has a low frequency drone over 65mph and continues through to 75 but starts to taper off a bit above that. The freque...

Re: 2003 Astro 156k miles
Thanks Astro for the input. Just got in from checking it out. Rocker panels rusted out in spots. Rear fender wells rusting from inside out, no surface rust showing through. Only s matter of time before the rust rears it's ugly head. Hood prop locating hole rusting out around hole. Paint over all in ...

Hello guys, I am looking at a 2003 Astro AWD with 156k miles on it. It looks to be in great shape. Is there anything specific good or bad about this year to be concerned with? From the search I have done on here it looks to be on par with most other years. Seller is asking for 3k hoping to get it fo...
