Since the shortys suck for changing plugs and make you cut the shock mount to fit, Express van headers will fit. 1/2 inch will have to be machined off the header to engine mounts on the pass side though.
I cut myself on the manifold shield replacing the plugs that I see in the picture, only it was on a V6. I can only imagine what kind of contortions you would have to go through to change them on a V8.
