Re: Vicki's photo shoot
I plan on taking it off, its such an eyesore. I don't think its Starcraft installed because theres no mounting equipment on the door, its just being held on by a a hook and a bolt. So when I take it off there'll be a hole in the door but I may have to get new doors anyway.tbhager94 wrote:nice van.

Re: Vicki's photo shoot
What direction do you plan on taking your van? Street cruiser, hot rod, off-roader, etc...

that tire carrier sounds like something that could fall off if ya hit a bad pothole.

I was just thinking the same thing, I don't know how it holds so still. Hell, if it fell off while I was driving, I'd be a visual improvementtbhager94 wrote:that tire carrier sounds like something that could fall off if ya hit a bad pothole.

With upgrades right? Such as rims, stereo, maybe paint?ScoobyDoo82 wrote:I just want to restore it to stock (showroom) condition.
When I had my '94 I used Goof-Off to remove the silver from the grill and headlight bezels. I felt it made the van look tougher.
It appears that you have the stock wagon wheels painted black (at least in the front). I think that if you ditch those hubcaps and went with chrome rings and lug nuts it would look pretty sharp.

Re: Vicki's photo shoot
Yes, minor upgrades like new head unit, paint, clear corners, subtle upgrades not BAM IN YOUR FACE upgrades. And about the chrome rings idea, I already tried it out, I thought it looked pretty good, maybe if I touched up the rims with some black paint a little.ihatemybike wrote:With upgrades right? Re: Vicki's photo shoot
That does look better. I'd run to the JY and try to find the center caps with the logo still in place. Toss those old hubcaps.

Re: Vicki's photo shoot
Well, theres these specific hubcaps I want for it, if I cant find those, I'm gonna make a trip to the u-pull-it and get the center caps for it. The paint on the rims is bad, chipped and faded and whatnot so touching them up would look good.
