I'm getting a real icky feeling about ASV.com

Post by peter »

Lately, the site seems to dump me after viewing a post or adding to it. I'm scared the site's about to crash again. Tell me it ain't so. Tell me it's all in my petite brain..... [-o<

This site seems to be really cookie sensitive , if you delete your cookies every couple days it happens alot less . I also noticed that firefox has issues with the site , it keeps freezing up on me when i use firefox but it doesn't with IE . but IE runs so slow compared to FF that i stay with it & deal with the freeze ups .

I use Firefox & I haven't had a problem in months now.

Good! Fantastic, actually. Like I said, I had an icky feeling is all. If it's just a glitch on my end, great. But I swear, this site crashes and I'm heaving my computer and joining the Buddha monks in Tibet. I cannot take much more of this site-crashing business! :muhaha:

Maybe it's your 286DX2 66mhz web cruising platform. Oh, it could be that 9600 baud modem?

Maybe, just maybe, Windows 3.1 isn't the best bet for this board.

You're a freakin' scream, rlsllc. Really! But, don't quit your day job. Otherwise, your family will suffer from malnourishment.

To tell the truth though, I've pretty well convinced my ball'n chain to buy a Toyota FJ Cruiser. We'd split the payments/insurance, but at least she would have a car & wouldn't be driving ZZ all the time.

The FJ is an incredible go anywhere, costs lots of money vehicle. That's two incomes we're talkin',but it won't embarrass the boys that Lib dusts with ZZ; and that's as they say.........PRICELESS!

I dunno about "costs lots of money", Duney. New, they go for around $34k plus tax up here in Montreal. I've got my eye on an 07' with around 10k miles for around $27k. All pricing is for fully equipped versions as well.
