Our world ... Is this close to home?

Post by phr1$k37 »

Hi folks,

How many of you have time to keep up with world news yet alone local news? Yes media is hyped for whatever will get interested readers and score higher ratings than other competing media groups but regardless it is news around the world. Some times selective news.

Peter are you close to Morin-Heights in Quebec? Very sad to hear about the lost. At least the town together has pulled together to make sure it doesnt not happen again. Quebec town huddles in grief.

Back on home turf here in BC, mauling, scams, thief everything that is probably happening in your neck of the woods. Sadly there was some sick physco in a truck on the road which ran another truck off the road into the ditch. The two guys ran off the road were on the way to airport to catch a vacation in Hawaii - apparently very nice folks, only 21 years ago. Another driver stopped to see if they were ok, they were and said to go on as they can take care of themselves. The sick physco later returned to the scene and proceeded to kill the driver by running him over. Family in shock after B.C. man slain on road.

Makes you wonder how these folks were raised and brought up. I do a lot of volunteer work with children and teens. Some times I do question myself if one of those child could become a monster.

For those who do prayer keep praying for all around us.

EXACTLY!!!!

I refuse to read mainstream media any more. Nothing but fear mongering especially south of the border. The news makes the world look super unsafe and such. But if you look at the FBI statistical data things like youth and teenage violence are at their LOWEST ever.

Personally that fits in with my theory of the US try to turn it's self into china so it can compete with china over oil soon because china will be the worlds super power soon enough. Not to mention this quote.

Democracy is the most corruptible government in the world. Communisum and Socialism started out as Democracy. One man with full control eventually gets greedy and it becomes tyrannical. - I can't remember who said it but it's pretty realistic.

Oh and remember as much as they try to hide it CNN was originally the CIA News Network - I kid you not.
