Here I am breaking in the 305 for my '89. Hard to tell in the photo, but the engine is running at about 2000 RPM; you can see that on the tach.
Y'know, I really need to rebuild another smallblock soon--just hearing and seeing them bark back into life after an overhaul is pure magic. :supz:

1989 Astro 305 with an MSD 6A ignition and a dash-mounted MSD timing control, a 4160 Holley 465 cfm four barrel carb, and an HEI distributor.
Moog 625 front springs and Energy Suspension poly bushings. Rear OEM sway bar. Edelbrock shocks.
