Hey Dilly, I did have a write up on the old astrosafari.com ikon board but it crashed and I don't think what they have recovered goes back that far. It wasn't too bad an install though. The only "beefing up" I did was for the spare tire rack. It came with a solid piece of steel plate backing that I put inside the door for the inside upper and lower mount points. Petey has a much beefier setup for his spare tire carrier. His took a lot of fab work but I know it won't go anywhere if he ever jumps a sand dune! Mine has been installed for about a year now and I see no signs of play on the ladder mount or the tire mount.

LOVE the GMC grille! Always thought it was better looking than the Astro grille! What seats are those? Use your stock seat base to mount them?
