on this forum.

as some of you know I sold my frame-layin astro the other day.

I know some of you were asking what I was gonna pick up next so I figured I'd share with you what I have know......I've alsways been and wanted a oldie but goodie car and after nearly 40 yrs of wanting one my dream has finaly come true.


a 1957 Lincoln Premiere

the air conditioner unit is located in the truck, the clear coned shape tubes are for the cold air to flow from the unit in the truck into the celling and out some vents from the celling into the cab, I thought that was pretty kool.............get it? kool? never mind anyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyywayz heres the pic.

its been bagged (duh?!?!) but everything else is all original including power seats, windows, steering and brakes.......disc brakes.

and the original 368 V-8 with 80000 orig miles on it.


needless to say I'm a happy man right now.

One looooong ride. Glad your dream came true.

The AC in the trunk. You know,,I may just pull my AC assembly and try a little 110v unit maybe dropped through the floor, run some duct work. Should help with fuel milage and clean up some room under the hood.
