on the rear door posts on a 2000 Astro totally stock? Any help would be appreciated!

not 100% sure for a 2000, but on my 95 they are 4" in the pillars

I haven't replaced mine yet - but my understanding is that they are 4" x 6" speakers.

http://www.crutchfield.com has a what fits calculator on their website that is handy. So far it has been bang on for everything else - I can confirm that to be true with everything BUT the rear pilar speakers - as they are the only speakers I have not replaced.

The pillars are 4x6" speakers. I replaced mine a month ago with 4x6" plate style speakers by Polk Momo. Great speakers with a built in crossover, however beware since the magnets are huge, and if you have rear ac like I did the magnet will hit on the drivers side ductwork.
