CPI Spider Injector

I just wonder dose it shot out fuel when key is turn on trying to start the motor even know the plenum cover and other thing are disconnect is off of it dose spayed out of the tube?, I see no fuel being spayed out of the tube after putting in a new fuel pressure regulator becuases the old one was leaking this is 1995 AWD V6.

I checked my 95 when I replaced the spider, just left the hoses out and try to turn it over couple times. you can unplug the distributor it you like as it may try to start. If I remember correctly, I did get spray out of the lines. You can do it with cover off.

Did you pitch your old spider? I am looking for a used one, need a couple of the black hoses for one.

Hi BLAZER I may have to get a new spider and this one you really don't want becuases the thing is falling apart and tube are very hard.
