I was looking at the Million Mile silverado and it just goes to show that GM can still build cars to last as long as the owners take care of them!

one of my cousins, works for a delivery service, he's had at least 4 vehicles - either Chevy mini vans, S10 pickups that have had over 600,000 when he replaced them, one had over 700,000 when gave it too his son, who drove it for a while then traded it in on a new(er)? one.

I hope my current van(s) break 300,000...

over 180,000 one Safari, and 160,000 on Astro

The "Smilievan" mileage is nothing to brag about. It's 178,000. That's about average for it's age. What really impresses me is that in my life I've seen the average life of a gasoline engine go from 50,000 to 250,000. You gotta love the new technologies.

Just turned 200,000. Still runs like a top, pulls a 4200lb boat almost every weekend and a 3200lb camper every once in a while.
