I had an F-up and slighly distorted on of my rear doors, so I cut along the center of the crease and popped it out and very, very gently tacked it back together again. Its all better now, and I learn't a valuble lesson.
Since then I have built up a couple of thin layers of bondo, and it is begining to take shape.
And look really Smooothe....

I think that it must have been too much heat as I was making small welds down the center of the two doors, it happened as the metal cooled, man I was pissed because I was being soo careful....
Maybe I had my welder turned up too high by mistake for the thickness of the metal ?
