okay got some pics showing the windows out

also we got the tank all welded up we did a light test last night it passed that and today we went ahead and pressure tested it at 7psi and we found 5 small pin holes i need to finish up tomorrow but all in all went well. i bought a new sending unit and new bosch fuel pump so battery, wiring, plumbing and i could start the motor up in the van wooo hooo!!!

Very nice work. Love the RF in the background,,brings back a few memories.

good idea with the coolant pressure tester. Didn't even think of that. And I can just see it now, "I told you we were going to use a pressure tester". NO YOU DIDN"T!! Haha.

Have you thought about sealing the gas tank with epoxy resin? All of that welding causes flaking. The flaking sheet metal might cause a problem down line.

Awesome work =D> Your fab skills are top notch. I wasn't sure how to install the frame notch on the rear. I saw your pics and it's clear to me now.
