All finished, runs great. Still in the new engine break in period.

$1599 new long block
$50 timing cover
$300 misc parts. Oil,filter, air filter, thermostat, radiator cap, dist rotor, cap, new plugs, wires, water pump, fuel filter, pcv, radiator hoses.


Basically new engine, should get a lot more years on her.

How was the radiator support repaired?

It was welded back together. Is there something specific I need to look for?

Good job..............nice to know it's running great and nice pics you have posted.
The support was cut on my 95 when I bought it and had brackets made that bolt it back together so if it needs to be removed again it can.

After having this van sit for nearly 9 months, it has been running great now for 4 days and feels great.

Still a couple very small lingering issues that are waiting on parts and time.

Needs front brakes, A/C compressor and Drivers power window switch and motor.

A new stereo is in line for the summer.

New Brakes last night and the window is now fixed. Just need the new A/C compressor... I have the parts, just havent tackled it yet.

Good deal. Glad all is going well with the swap. Sure brought back a few memories of long nights with my son doing my swap. Thanks for the pics.
