Ever since I installed the second gen nose on my van, it's always been kinda "loose." Well, I have since realized I never attached the core support to the inner fenders. So the only thing keeping my core support from moving WAS the fenders and the lower support bolts. Welp, I played with my welder this weekend. The best way to learn to weld, is to do it!!!

It's solid as a rock now!! I also welded the fenders on and realigned my front bumper so it's really solid now.

Got rid of the hood latch and went to hood pins. Installed this bar to hold my radiator hose up lol.

Well,,you goterdone for sure.
Best thing to do is get out there and weld weld weld.

A 9C1 Astro van? (police package with the spotlight) Oh my wife would kill me if I did that.
