I just recently picked up a 96 Astro, basically a plain Jane but does have the privacy glass. It was used as a forest service vehicle and only has 45K on it
I've had to put an A/C bypass pully on it because the compressor bearing was making a racket. Also one of the rear windows had a run in with a moose antler, so I've picked one up at the JY and will be installing that soon. Other then those minor things she's in great shape, no rust and I can't see any leaks. Not a bad deal for $1,800 bucks. If anyone has had experience replacing those side windows, I'm open to suggestions. Thanks again and this seems to be a great forum, I look forward to helping others if I can.
