MY HEATING NO WORKING IN 1,2,3 VELOCITY BUT IN FAST YES WORK... MY BLOWER RESISTOR IS OK NO PROBLEM BUT NOT WORKING
WHAT PIECES IS THE PRINCIPAL PROBLEM¡¡?? MAYBE A RELAY???OR FUSES? IN MY FUSES BOX CHANGE THE FUSE BUT NOT WORKING.. PLEASE

hopefully, this helps and fixes your problem. it was my understanding if the high speed relay was dead then it would be the opposite, everything except high speed would work.

my 93 is doing the same as yours herbert. i changed the resistor, it worked for on all speeds for 2 days, then started only working on high speed again.

i talked to a mechanic about it and he said that my blower motor could be blowing the resistors. start with the resistor. they aren't that expensive and are very easy to change on the older vans.

A bad blower motor or connections will fry the resistor. The bearings dry out and it takes full power to get the blower spinning. The switch in the dash could be bad also, I've seen that a time or two.

Here's the blower motor relay. Passenger side of the engine compartment, silver color thingie. The one in my pic is an aftermarket replacement.









Not particularly related, note the clearance between the top of the air cleaner and the bottom of the dog house. With the 2 inch hockey puck lift I can now change the air cleaner without kicking the dog out of his house..





Also note the bumper is still in it's stock mount position, while the body if lifted 2 inches. You can see the OEM blue paint on the body which was previously covered by the bumper when I did the camo paint.

You'll see markings on various components on my van. Whenever I change out a part or do some work I try and label the area as to what wrench size is needed, what the part is etc.
