Wow, That's coming along nicely.

Could we get more details on the scoops? More cooling air for the engine? More cooling air for the rear brakes?

Thanks again for the updates, Jim

You know you can make that number even bigger by installing smaller tires, eh? Lol
Isn't that what they do on that other van forum?

I like the truth, no matter how bad it hurts.

You don't have smaller tires, do you ???

LOLz, Jim
Of course I was kidding, eh?

No My tires are bigger than stock, and when I follow on the highway, someone doing the speed limit, lets say 100 KMH, My speedo will be reading about 120 KMH with my oversize tires, cuz I also changed axle ratio and transfer cases. Plus since I dropped my fuel tank, I havent figured out why the fuel gage stopped working, so unfortunately, I cant accurately check on my fuel mileage.
I judge by how many days of driving to work I get from a tank of gas, and I haul a jerry can just in case.
Still got a few minor bugs to work out this summer.

Worked on mounting a 8' light in the center cargo storage area for the vendor trailer.

Worked on removal of the high top from the shop van to mount on Ole Yellar.More screws than god knew the world has and the sealant they used is going to be a long hard job.Still haven't figured how to get to the screws that are over the middle of the windshield.I was going to rent a scaffold to reseal the roof on the RV,but I didn't think I would need one for the high top.Might be wrong on that count.Want to go slow so I don't by accident ruin the sealing edge of the top or end up cutting into it by trying to release the sealant.I'll take any suggestions you guys have.

Well Jim if you fill the tires with helium then it lifts the van's wt of the tires and then ya get better gas mileage.Less gravity better gas mileage.

What you need to develop is a system like displacement on demand like the later 90's LT's have where under normal cruise conditions it drops off two cylinders shutting down injectors and spark to save on gas.It works off solenoids in the oil gallery for supply of oil to two lifters too.

Yepper-build it for aftermarket and they Will come................
