I finally got enough money to get that coil/distributor wire, thanks to a generous person giving me a Christmas card with a $10 bill in it!

Still haven't put it on yet, though.

Did an oil change (Valvoline Synthetic Blend 5-30), Trans Service and Front Shocks (Gabriel Max-Control), rear shocks will be here today and I'll install them and change the Diff fluids also.

BTW... researching the original owners paper work that came with the van I found that it got a NEW ENGINE @ 39k miles... so my engine only has 125k on it!

Pulled a code 15 AGAIN, plugged that wire in AGAIN to fix it, and used silicone on the plug to try to keep it from coming off again.

Fired it up, locked timing found out it's WAY off. Need to tweak that some I guess. Maybe I'm getting cross talk(?)

^You wasted a perfect opportunity for a V8 swap? :poke:

Just kidding. Congrats on the new car

I spent yesterday and today tearing off the plastic cladding and replacing the spark plugs and wires. Looking better, now I just gotta figure out how to get all this tape off the sides.
