brake light bulbs

Post by coolen »

well i spent hours yesterday looking for red brake light bulbs for my safari (1157-r i think). anyways i checked all hardware stores that had an automotive section. i tried wal mart, crappy tire, uap, ummmmm, i think that's it.

so tonight i thought i'd check out ebay. thinking i may find a pack of them for half cheap. nope. none. all i could find were led's. anyone know any "bulb suppliers"?

Do you have clear corners? I've always just used standard clear bulbs in mine.

If you have still got the original red tailight lenses, your bulbs will be clear, if you have clear lenses (aftermarket) you might check with them for red bulbs. or paint them with nail polish.
