Nice! Can't wait to see those pics. :cheers: I have been throwing around the idea of painting rims and grill myself.

Stock wagon wheels don't look too bad in red.

have you changed the ignition coil yet?

Yeah, I swapped Green's coil in for a couple days. No change.

Wow, that black grille does look great. A buddy told me to do that to mine right after I lifted it and I rolled my eyes, shook my head.

How much did you prep it? Primer too, or just paint. What kind of paint?

Oh, and thanks for the props on Expo. :cheers:

To prep I cleaned it really good, then wiped it down with acetone. The black paint is Krylon Fusion for plastic. The red is regular Rustoleum, cause I was painting the rims with it too.
