235/75 DuraTracs...2" body lift...new body mount bushings. I have pics of the trimming I did...let me know if you need to see them sooner than a week or two.

Yesterday...finally got all the axle tube clearancing and axle lined up for my BCV's exclusive rear 2.5" Traction Bar Add-a-Lift and discovered the brackets were too tight to go all the way down over the leaf spring (we knew they would be tight but hoped a BFH would do the trick)....nope, had new ones made today.
Anyone want a pair of $40 paper weights? :muhaha: #-o

Yesterday, used Green to tow the Jeep home. Appears the Jeep's crankshaft position sensor went bad.

Ooo looks like you still have winter over there loopie. We had beautiful sunny Spring weather yesterday here in the lower mainland. Isn't it usually the other way around?

Loopie you lucky dog, you have a carport!
I Wish I did. Nice Snow eh? Did it stick around?

I drove my old safari GT to work again today.
Poor old thing. Sure needs some TLC.
I should fix it up now that the 4x4 is pretty much done.
Maybe a 5 speed GT? Hmmmmm.
This one came out of my silver van last fall.
Its a fresh 89 crate 4.3 with only about 40000Kms, and a T-5speed.

put the 87 in the shop...had to be towed home last night. Was driving home from work after picking up the parts to fix my motorcycle, and she is running fine, and then all of a sudden, no acceleration...bucking and jerking and popping, wont get over 15-20mph... get to a safe place, get towed home and have towed to the shop this morning.

I was pretty mad since I just put a new fuel pump in it a couple of months ago. Shop calls and the fuel line between the pump and the fitting on top of the gas tank has split, so it was pumping part of the gas right back into the tank...
I have a ban hammer and I ain't fraid to use it!

Actually, the weather has been so nice, which is why I did the job in the carport this week(11*, sunny, no wind)
The carport works...1/2 a vehicle at a time tho, it's kinda short...and I'm not allowed to build any closer to the street than the current roof line )>)
