Just about any car will squat on one side when turned to the other sitting still, my camaro was very noticeable. The van will dive also when driving, but shouldn't be really bad. If you have new shocks, check your front sway bar ...if you have one. The end link bushings maybe bad which will cause the issues, my wife's 97 S10 blazer was a roller coaster ride until I change the rubber end links to new poly's and made a huge difference. For the alignment, both tires should be pointeint he same direction, the guy's giving a line of bull about the lift, should be no issues. If they are set correctly, you will start wearing outhe front rubber and will get a pull to one side. If it is tracking straight with your hands off wheel, then the alignment sounds like it is correct. Also make sure you do rotations regularly or you'll wear the side right off the front tires....just the nature of the beast with a lifted vehicles/4x4's
