The trick with the exhxaust manifolds is to find a pair that dump in the same location as your 4.3, so you can use the stock crossover pipe. Chevy truck manifolds SHOULD work, but no promises. If your donor engine came from a 4x4, chances are that they were built to clear the same obstacles as your Astro is dealing with, the engine mounting points on the 4.3 are a bit farther back in the block, so the manifolds will have to dump at the back, which most truck manifolds do.
