Doing some more research, it seems that the 95 and 98 use all he same suspension parts, including the front hub/bearing assembly.

Hwoever the front driveshafts have different part numbers - I have to assune the differential cganged from 95 to 98 (maybe # of splines) Since I am using the 98 Diff, I should be able to use 98 shafts, as the wheel bearings should accept the driveshaft since the wheel bearings have the same part # -anyone with info on this, let me know if I am on the right track.

Here is a pic of the 1995 shaft

And the 1998

SO this should work out OK as long as I use the 98 Diff.

If you are going to part out what's left from the donor van let me know. I'll buy the grille if it's still in good condition. \:D/

The front differentials are very different. You must use the correct year CV shafts with whatever diff you use. I personally like the style of the 95's better for the simplicity of changing the CV shafts in the case of a broken one. The 98 differential will have an oil drain plug if you plan to change the oil later on. This is probably a better feature to keep.

Thansk for that , I was thinking to use the 98 because it has 30k less miles on it,
I'm getting excited about this project

But it is going to be huge. :guitar:
