We went there last fall for the RCRocs competition but that is all we have been there for. We are hoping to do at least 1 wheeling trip this year but due to the cost of fuel to run the 260 mile (one way) trip, I doubt we'll make it.

Did you wheel your Astro at Paragon?

I just got my safari, I used to own a 86 CJ-7 that I would wheel with just about every weekend, and when the wife and kids came with I would take the cherokee. I was a member of BMJA with Kyle & Steph. I spent alot of time in the double black trails. Lots of good time's and broken part's at Paragon. :supz: I have not spent alot of time at Roushe Creek and got rid of my Jeep's  ( family out grew them & they out grew the wallet).

Once summer comes I will install the 2 inch lift from Overland.

*cough* go more! :D
2" Is good but double think if you want more lol. And if you dont have to deal with underground parking GO HIGHER!

Found a new playground, broke the last few clips holding that bumper cover on. But it still stays on after getting slapped back on.

The lift is in the summer plans, just need more time away from school and more time at work to pay for it. Paying for rent sucks. #-o

Ah right rent. So are you staying with 2" Lift? Or just a tad bit more ... say 4"?

I'm still not 100% on either the 2" or 4". I'd like the clearance from the 4", but I'm a bit afraid of it being a bit of a dog with such a jump in tire size. Granted shes no speed demon as it is, so lord knows it might not be a huge deal, but with it as my daily I'm still worried about gas. I'm leaning towards the 2" just for ease and cost, also worried about wearing out the CV joints with the 4", they've already got 120kish on them already, and the less driveline wear I can cause the better.

Well I wont lie that MPG did fall but whatever ... never cared - from stock form it was already drinking more gas than the 383 stroked V8 ;p
If you are that worried about those stuff which I guess my lift is still new so I have yet to see those problems, 2" with a small up to tire size should do you fine. I guess you are not doing anything too crazy and the 2" (even when I had mine) was quite good and I never really had any big problems till I started going where the big boys with the 35" mud tires were going >.<

BTW mine is 1997 as well. It has been about two years now with it lifted. No complaints - I love her as well as others!
