the 231 is manually shifted, Correct? Would that be a pre-87 S-10?
I just don't want the electrically operated one.
By the way, does anyone know how the fellow from Overland vans is doing? It doesn't look like the site has been updated lately and I was curious as to how his struggle is coming along.

NP231's were used right up to the demise of the S-10's I think. I know the 233 (electric shift) was much more common in the 2000's vehicles but the 231's were very common before then.
