when you realize that it's 3rd engine already had over 350000KMs when you installed it, then you realize that your beloved van is actually a just a huge collection of parts from the other 3 or 4 you've owned before it, but you can still tell the guy at the parts counter what year that particular part is supposed to fit, and to top it all off, you've installed it's first true "Jeep" part, just to be certain that it's now a 4x4... :muhaha:

when you curse at your van then apologize for being mean to it (thats not weird is it?)
or
when you walk through the junkyard and see something cool on a GM car and say- yep that'll fit. then you take said part home and bolt it on because it fits.
or
when you friend goes to open the door and freaks out because the handle won't work and is flopping around, so you go over, pat the door, and open it right up. (aka GM theft deterrent)
or
when you tell your dad don't go over bumpy roads or turn right else the radio won't work. (aka GM radio theft deterrent)
or
when one of your friends say you drive like mario andretti in a minivan (still havent figured out what that means.)

You know you love your AstroFari when you have a picture of it as a background on three computers and your cell phone.

You know you love your AstroFari, when you have 2 V8 Astros.

You know you love your AstroFari, when I have not had a real relationship, since starting the build the first V8 Astro.

You know you love your AstroFari, when you admit your Astro is cheaper then having a woman.

You know you love your AstroFari, when you starting believing it will help you pick up chicks.

you spend three evenings trying to remove the transmission servo cover before you decide the forth evening will be spent destroying the cover even though you had a replacement cover on the first evening.
