I contacted Energy Suspension directly and they do not make the subframe bushings for the Astro/Safari line up and didn't have a part that would cross reference to work......so factory replacements are your only option.

Yes, I do want to use poly bushings for my cab mounts.
I'm not concerned about squeaking, I have ways to stop it, if they start.
Plus, With a 2" body lift block, I dont think it will squeak, and it will hold the thing together nice and firm.
Its harder to find them on the net cuz you cant hold them or see them cuz many of the pictures are wrong.
I read another post that says the 87ish K5 and C10 trucks used them.
I tried to look at the kits and get some specs but its hard to figure out which ones are the right ones.
I do know that there are 4 end bushings and the 2 centre bushings.
Each bushing is made up of a few parts each, I've looked at the pictures on gmpartsdirect, etc.
Just wish I could find some poly units.

Wow, nothin like a 2 year bump eh...?
So, I'm looking around again at this and I hear from markmitchinnh that he has used 81-87 Reg cab GM pu truck poly bushings.
I've looked at a few sets and I believe they will fit fine, but I am concerned a bit about the shape of the flat top of them if using lift blocks.
They all have a flat circle on the top to sit the cab on. Theres a recessed area in the center where the bolt goes thru.
The flat circle top on the poly bushings has way bigger recessed area in the center, and I am concerned that the lift block has less surface area to sit on.
I'm hoping to actually be able to see some in hand this weekend and I will probly get some for my 4wd van.
