Sweet truck Dean !!!

Went to get the new cap installed and they tried to stretch it the extra foot but it still was too short! They were ordering another one. Hopefully it's the right size this time. Went camping the last week and got 20% better fuel economy than the Ram got! The more I drive it the more I like it.

Took some pics with the cap (I forgot to before) and new wheels/tires. Moving the plow from the garage to the storage shed.









So far I have averaged 13.56 mpg over 16,516 miles. That is city, highway and towing average. Took 2 trips with it, one in which Lynne and Ben drove to Iowa and back and we all went to Myrtle Beach and back. The trips averaged about 16 mpg. In reality, that overall average is 30% better than the Ram 2500 it replaced.

I was looking, and noticed that nobody builds a full sized pick up with a standard transmission anymore !
Kinda sad....
