I changed my fuel pump cause my van told me to ( in the form of not starting ) absolutely full to the brim with fuel!
After wasting about an hour trying to figure out any way to short cut this job, I rolled up my sleeves and did it right.
It took me 3 hours ( not including the first wasted hour ) I went with the 400 dollar delco as opposed to the 280 dollar off shore brand. I do not want changing fuel pumps to become a hobby of mine.

I did some welding on the rack, soon to be posted on my build thread.

Hey Lifted....
How do you like that bug deflector? I was thinking of getting the same one.

Got rid of the engine oil heater/cooler. Left all the lines in place, just blew them out with the air compressor. I'll remove them the rest of the way when it's a bunch warmer out. I also replaced the cargo van dome light with the passenger model with map lites etc. The inside rear view mirror fixed it'self today as well. I was adjusting it out of the way a bit to cut the headliner hole for the new dome lite setup and it fell off the windshield.

More welding! I'm going to run out of gas soon #-o

The rack is starting to look like a rack! Uploading pix now to photobucket, will post 'em up soon in my thread. This rack is huge!

Removed stock rear lower shock mounts, welded new mounts to axle, painted rear axle and shock mounts with rust converter paint, installed 4 degree shims under leaf springs and replaced broken left rear e-brake cable and adjusted.

Drilled and tapped trailer hitch receiver for lock bolts/nuts to eliminate play and keep draw bar and cargo carrier from shifting around. Still have to paint trailer hitch with rust converter!

Yah my e-brake cable bracket has been hanging broken off for some time now. The rubber damper on the exhaust hanger is about to pop too.

Mine was broken for some time too, just never bothered to replace it. For the little amount of time it took should have done it sooner, well worth it.

Can you show more pics of what you did? We're talking about the bracket attached to the passenger side shock mount right?

Missed the bracket part. My e-brake cable was broken in half where it attached to the lower shock mount. I cut the shock mounts off and left the part where the bracket bolts on and welded new shock mounts from Ruff Stuff.

I may relocate the e-brake cables over the axle at some point but ran out of time today. Few more photos with my new Rancho RS9000 shocks installed.
