Replaced front brake pads and rotors.

Got some uneven wear on drivers side. Inner pad had a lot less material than the outer. So much so , that the inner wore down to the backing plate, before the squealer on the outer pad could engage and warn me. Guide pins were lubed and caliper moves freely , so I'm stumped :dunno: I guess I'll wait and see if it happens again in a few years.

I got some nice fleet grade parts because I hate getting warped rotors. These have 30mm of meat. OEM rotors have 29mm and minimum thickness is 28mm.

Shoot, forgot to ask about that. Is that NAPA only ? All the 'other' places are closer to us by a large margin.
This area has only ADD / confusion parts, O... Really's? and Autojerks/Asszone.

As far as I know, the product line and brand is exclusive to NAPA stores.

However, NAPA doesn't manufacture brake parts. So it's very likely you might find the same product , from the same factory, at a different supplier with a different label slapped on it.

The guy at the counter said if I had any trouble with the at all, I could bring them back and he would work with me. He said never mind store policies ... that he wanted his customers to be happy. That sold me on it.
