Yeah, that's mid bar spin. I learned to do them in my lame excuse for a manual, then took them to the jumps. Doing them in a hop I feel is harder than a jump, but I can get them done on my BMX. If you can manual and get them done you can do it jumping. Just find a jump you are really comfortable doing good pitch seat x-ups over (no bow legs) and give it a throw.

OK, you BMXer's are sic and dimented! The only time my bars ever spun is because my entire bike helicoptered from accidently tailwhippin a tree while near WFO, and I've got the perma mashed bicep to proof it.

Oh, and since we're showing pictures, here's one of me ridin A-Line at Whistler. (OK, after ridin A-Line) :supz:

Cool dislocations! Did you pop them back in yourself? I did that with my pinkie once.

It looked pretty bad at the time, like something out of "Lord of the Rings". I thought best to get exrays and have a pro tell me what the prognosis was. I really didn't want to risk any long term damage. The Dr. was actually pacing back and forth and said "you haven't had enough gas yet". #-o He popped and twisted them so fast, I was really impressed. And most important, no long term damage. :D

Yeah, I could see that. Good to hear you didn't have long term damage.
