I bought a solar panel from Costco. It is the smallest they had: Amorphous thin-film. 50W. $300

Brand is Coleman, but it is manufactured by Sunforce (based in Montreal but made in China)
It seems big, inefficient, and time consuming. The fragile glass needs to be packaged in foam, so you need this enormous box to transport it. I wish they would make it foldable or somehow more portable. I'm not sure if I want to keep it yet.

i was looking at picking up a sunforce 130w one to play with even though i was told they are inefficient. What did you buy it for?
