Congrats on being THE van of the month. I'm sure Peter'll get over it in time. Nice write up also. Like the Southern Ass Kicken tag. :supz:

The fact that you greased Justice and AstroZam with thousands in black-market currency just to be the Van of The Month is nobody's business, to be sure. Thank you very much, the bribe was easy as the british pound (that sound's so jolly england :vom: ) is so strong against the $ at the moment, he will recieve it in a plain brown package in a left luggage locker on Waterloo Station, London, :-k

I'll catch up with you guys! Maybe after paint in 2 months I'll have a good chance. On a side note, I have been picking up various truckin magazines over the last few months and I noticed 3 astro's in the back (one shorty, and two 95up bodystyles). I am determined to get mine in there, I wonder what it would take to get a spread in one of those mags... probably a LS7.... or turbo....hmmm.

How the heck did I miss this thread?!?!?!??! Image
I guess that's what happens when you have just the right amount of irons in the fire! :^o (My wife keeps telling me to slow down and rest. I say I'll rest when I'm dead! lol!)
Congrats on being first V..O.t M. Sundance! =D> What an honor! I'm too pressed for time to go back and look (playing drums in yet another band!!), Image but I agree with the person that said he would leave it up to the admin to pick and choose the ride to be featured. I wouldn't want to offend, hurt, or overlook someone. Thanks for all those who nominated my ride, that's just confirmation I've made some good choices on tricking my van. There are some really amazing rides here, but most of us are familiar with them and at least part of their story. I look forward to seeing more of the vans that have a little more mystery around them because maybe they didn't have a thread going as to the transformation of the van. Or maybe the owner is not as vocal as some of us.
(Petey you leading in posts yet?) Image

I really like the back story to the van that's being featured. That helps make even more of a connection between people here.
Well I'm officially running late, so I'm out. Take care family!
Late,

That may be sooner than later. Slow down, rest, stay hydrated, and watch that blood/sugar, or you may take up a hobby of pushing up daisys. (or cacti where you live, LOL)

Roy, I'll not take one more breath than God has planned for me to, nor will I take one less!!! I am right in the middle of His will for my life right now; there are too many good things going on right now for it to be anything else. :D
And I guess I forgot to tell you guys, I was healed of that blood sugar thing last fall!! I started exercising and changed my eating habits. I haven't had to take any meds for about 9 months now. Doctor is pretty impressed. He says he rarely if ever sees someone stop taking meds. They usually escalate into shooting insulin.

And pushing up daisys is just fine by me, because,

That's fantastic, Trybe! Incredible what bad eating habits can do to us, ain't it? Glad to read that you're doing better! :supz:

Dune, please forgive me. Yes, I did recieve your pm. I didn't reply immediately and then forgot due to being pretty busy. Yeah, it's a great loss in the music community. I pray that his family has peace and that he knew Jesus personally. If so, I'll get a chance to jam with him on the other side. :bounce:
