Danny also looked at your build nice work. I Keep adding to this Van and I think it is time to finish it up I have had the Van since new there is only about 12,000 miles on it. I like the side body kit is it metal or fiberglass I'm fooking at doing some sort of side body kit. Thanks Bob

cool idea using zuse fittings. the side skirt is made out of metal. i think building the stuff is half the fun, but i think yours could use a few more miles lol.

metal is the best way then you dont have to worry about flexing or it adhereing well, once its welded its not going any where. i made mine go straight down and then bent it(around 30 degrees) for strenght with one other lip after that( a 90 degree) so it couldnt flex or be wavy. but yet looks flat and flush from standing view.

Brought the Van back home today not much getting done at the shop so decided to bring it home built a metal cowl for it shaved the wipers squirters and antenna. It turned out real good almost to good everyone thinks its fiberglass, which is not a good thing. I will post pics later tonight or in the morning.

Sorry for the delay built a metal cowl for it shaved the wipers squirters and antenna. Painted it this weekend took it to a show everyone thought the cowl was fiberglass. I may have have to beat a dent in the metal so everyone knows it's metal.
