I am like a woman with her shoes, and I'm looking to pick up some new rims this spring for the astro. I was just curious what you guys think about these rims, American Racing Torqlite. I am kind of leaning hard to the Gray, polished lip. I am tired of the all polished look/cleaning, salt on the roads etc. So I was thinking about going 18x7 with 235/50-18's... Thoughts?

i think they would look, perfect, i have never been a fan of the big gaudy chrome 20s and such, i my self have a set of simple chrome american racing deep dish 15s, but still run my stock alloys in the winter months with some nice snow tires, and i was planning to paint them in a similar paint scheme when i put the summer wheels back on. i also have the same rear valence that you have pictured there, mine is just in black primer at the moment but once i get further along in school i get to paint it as one of my projects. hopefully i will have her all shaved and painted by the summer.
99 SLT Safari AWD, G80/GT4 rear, Burgundy, 196,000 and counting (strictly AMSOIL) flowmaster 40series muffler no more cat, K&N Kone Filter, roll pan, 255/60/15 rubbers mounted to 15x8.5 inch American Racing Tailgunner wheels, billet grille, CB Radio, Alpine Deck, Shag carpet, the list goes on....
03 Chevy Silverado 2500HD, LB7 Duramax Diesel, 5 speed Allison Tranny, Crew Cab Long Bed, no muffler or cat, 4 inch turbo back and side piped. not too many other mods yet, also addicted to AMSOIL.
I personally think they are a nice looking wheel (the gray ones) and will look sharp on your van. In my honest opinion the light silver ones look cheap to me...
I hate to jack your thread, but this is kind of similar.
But, What are the stock measurements for the 15" astro van wheels?
I was looking into some new wheels, but I was thinking I'd like to just get 15" that bolt on.
I like the polished ones the best. I am usually not into wheels, but after seeing the pic of someone's van I am having second thought. I may need some Impala wheels.
