This could be a good dingy to haul on the back of the Astro while camping in remote regions. Just add a street legal kit. 125lbs.

I don't know....

I like my mountain bike. I've always been a fan of enduro and dualsports motorcycles. I'm not sure I want to combine them myself.

But.... along this same line.... sort of.... I've always wanted a trials bike. Ideally, a street legal one. This would give you light, quiet, but a 250cc or larger engine too. Sadly, trials isn't too popular stateside so the bike selection isn't very good.

This is a very interesting machine though and I'd like to take one for a spin just the same.

If it wasn't for the Monster-T fork. I've just heard of too many problems.

Looks like a "non-competition or civilianized" version of your everyday Trials bike made into a trail bike. I've turned two of my old trials bikes into trail bikes. Other than maybe a more elaborate and useable seat design I can't see any different idea's really. This outfit just may have jumped on a marketing and money making success though.. :guitar:

I'm seriously considering getting one of these bolt on engines.

Put it in a jumping MTB hardtail frame, decent jumping fork, then take it to the trails. According to the forums I've found for them, it only adds 19 lbs to the weight of the bike dry. 30 lbs jumping mtb + 19 lbs motor ≈ 50 lbs trail bike.

I might have to abuse my credit card.
