What should I pay for a subframe?

I want to buy and cleanup a subframe for my 1997 AWD safari. As I start looking for one in a wrecking yard,, what is a reasonable price to pay?

Tom,
Do you think you could find a non-running van to strip for about the same price??.That way you would end up getting alot more parts.
