Tires for the winter

After a exhaust repair the next step for the LT for the winter will be tires.It is a 1994 LT RWD with a g80 rearend.I am going to do some minor towing of the vendor trailer thru the winter and am looking for a tires given I will be sell it come spring time.Not the most expensive,but not the cheapest either.I admitt I haven't done reseach here because I am looking for current opinions.

Either them or a regular set of snow tires! I personally like the Cooper line of tires. You can get the Cooper Discoverer M&S as a relatively cheap tire and they will work great for winter time. You could also get them studded for the best traction you can get with a 2WD.

i HAVE TO AGREE WITH dEAN ON THIS , COOPER MAKES A REALLY GOOD INEXPENSIVE TIRE FOR ALL SEASONS PLUS GOOD SNOW TIRES . i'D LOVE TO HAVE A NICE SET OF mICHELINS , BUT MOST OF THIER TIRES ARE OUT OF MY PRICE RANGE .
