You can beat nearly anything on the road short of a large pickup truck just turn hard off the line.

my grandma riding a bike........actually on second thought......hahhahah

Anything with hubcap spinners and a fart cannon.

my guess is anything 2000lbs or more in weight and with less than 125hp.

In a distance that my LS1 '98 Astro will peg the 105mph speedo, my stock '98 AWD 'Stro does 77mph as does my friends full size Ford Diesel van with a "chip" so at least you could tie one of those on speed anyway.

You still have your speedo? I removed it for weight reduction.

the awd's are pretty full of torque off the line and can beat most anyone in an auto or with poor shifting skills, but they eventually fly past you.

Oh come on, man. I love my van just like the next guy but these aren't drag cars. Anything with the 4.3L should just upgrade to the v8 and then have some fun.

It is now a proven fact as of this night that a stock 1994 LT Astro can beat a Dodge Neon.

see, Dodge neon weighs more than 2000lbs and has less than 125hp. Easy kill. But take something like, even a old 91-92 VW 16v GTI with only 140hp. Im pretty sure Astros would lose .

But can you fit a quad in the back of a GTI?
