seal leaking

Looks like a have a leak in the rear seal of the tranny where the driveshaft is. It's a '95 RWD and for the most part I have had no problems doing work on the van. so is there any tips that might save me some time?
I know to mark the driveshaft position so not to get it out of balance. Park with the back end of the van higher then the front to minimize fluid loss.

anything else? any special brand tranny fluid to use?

thanks,
Bill

make sure to block your wheels good, park wont save you with the drive shaft out. :yikes: :yikes:
