Skippy's surgery

Post by Fire Cakes »

Well Looks like I am the secretary for lots of folks....................Chops and Dan LOL.

Debby called to report on Dan's surgery. Everything went great. :bounce: He went into surgery at about 11:15 and was in recovery by 4:00. The doctors told Deb that everything went as expected and that it went quicker than anticipated. Deb said that once his pain was under control and he could walk a bit they would bring him to a room. She didn't think that she was going home tonight so that is why I posted. I am sure she will either call or post an update later on.

Though I'm elated that Dan pulled thru with flying colours, I'm also sad.

'Tis a great loss for all of us who've known Dan these past years. There was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much of him to love.
Alas, it was a love that wasn't meant to be. We as a social group here at ASV.com will have to accept putting up
with less of Dan due to this heinous operation. And while I personally feel cheated by this turn of events, I'm nonetheless
happy that ole Daniel will be around for many more years thanks to this anti-tubby operation of his.

So go 'head, Danny. Drop them tons of weight. We here at ASV will accept you willingly into our loving
and accomodating arms, regardless of how much less squishy & soft you become!

If that ain't love folks, then I dunno what is! :smurf:

This is Debby
Lynn thanks for posting.
Today Dan is pretty sore and in lots of pain.
Earlier today they took him down for some test, can't spell it , and they found that he has a blockage, the Dr. thinks it maybe just swelling so I sure hope so and so does he.

I don't know why BUT he keeps kicking me out ????? And telling me to go home. and that I am driving him crazy already.
Jeeez 28 years of love and he is still a pain.

I will keep ya all updated when I see him. Hopefully he will be home by Monday.

Peter, Just think now he can chase you around too. You don't have to do all the work LMAO!

Well tell Dan to take care of himself......................I guess he can't be feeling that bad since he can still be mean and miserable to you Deb LOL.

Hope to see Dan posting on her again soon.
