New/Old member from Idaho

Post by Great A'Tuin »

Hey all!
I was on one of the old forums (as 99Super) but when the old boards went down, I was out of the online Astro world for a while. Then, I signed back up on those "other" boards. Bzzzzt. Wrong answer.
T.Low nudged me back in this direction, so here I am!

My rig is a 2000 AWD LS, lifted 2.5". G80, Electric fan conversion, 235/75-15 Toyo A/T's or Bridgestone WinterDuellers, homemade foldout bed kit and a roof rack. We use it for crawling around in the backcountry of Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

It has 220K miles on it and runs pretty well, but I do have some issues that may be related to the FI...
I'll have lots of questions about that later...

We plan the 2-speed transfer case next spring after my new garage is done. Just assume everything that T.Low has done or plans to do, I'm doing or plan to do. :muhaha:

I'm trying but I get a "limit reached" message.
I guess I should read the instructions first...

Welcome back friend!!!
Got to love those Toyo tires right!? I am running them as well and had BFG Winters as well!!! But I sold them - the Toyos are above "ok" in the snow.
How do you like the electric fans? Did you feel and power back at all!? :) :) :)
Tom is a great guy. I like his Astro more though ...
