hi i need one how to install electric mirror, but my astro no have preinstalation why is manual
please i need fast.

It should be fairly easy, the mirror is held on by 3 nuts that you can remove when you open the door. Take the 3 black nuts off that are on the oppsite side of the door as the mirror, pull the mirror out enough to unplug wireing harness and reinstall same way. Plug in new mirror, attach 3 nuts and go.

i think he is trying to convert from manual to power, not just r/r.

Wow, sorry. I couldnt even begin to tell you how to do that. You will need a wireing diagram, and LOTS of patients.

I'm pretty sure Trybe13 did a detailed write up on this..It was a real good, informative post too, with good pictures... I know the mirrors had the turnsignals in them, not sure if they were electrically controlled though...

Yes! that's the one... Wow, I didn't realize he posted it that long ago..Time flies...

those are after market conversion ones though if you are attempting to install a set of stock ones i can't help sorry
